Expanded Technology Chat for faculty and staff now available!

The Office of Technology Services has expanded TU Classroom Support’s online chat feature to cover general technology support for faculty and staff. The chat can be accessed from anywhere – at work, home or on the go – all you need is a Web browser.

The chat service, hosted by the OTS Faculty/Staff Help Center, is another support option for technology questions and issues. Look for the “Chat with Faculty/Staff Help Center” button at the bottom of our Web page, www.towson.edu/fshc, where you’ll also find a full list of all our support options.

Chat will be available whenever the Faculty/Staff Help Center is open:

  • Fall and spring semester: Monday – Thursday, 8 a.m. – 7 p.m., Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • January and summer: Monday – Thursday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Friday 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
  • Traditional telephone support is still be available at 410-704-5151 or online through TechHelp.
