Faculty/staff: not sure where to find technology support? Save this list!

The Office of Technology Services (OTS) welcomes you to the fall semester! Whether you are new to campus or returning, OTS has technology resources and services to help facilitate success in teaching and learning at Towson University. Be sure to save these links for future reference:

Need help?

  • Report an issue or get support in the classroom: call x4-TECH, (410-704-8324), visit Classroom & Computer Lab Technologies (CCLT), or look for the CCLT chat icon on an instructor computer and chat live with OTS.
  • Submit a question or support request using our self-service web-based system, TechHelp.
  • Get TU Blackboard support: visit towson.edu/blackboard for options.
  • Register for free group or customized technology training on services like Blackboard, WordPress, OneDrive through OTS Training.
  • Unsure if an email is safe? Forward suspicious email to OTS’ Office of Information Security: If using Outlook on a desktop/laptop, click the “Report Phish” button. If using a mobile device forward it to phishing@towson.edu. Both options send the email to the Security Operations team for review.
