Construction Update: Patuxent Bistro
As part of the Union transformation, the Patuxent Bistro is closed for fall 2019, reopening in spring 2021 as a spacious and dynamic food market combined with the Susquehanna. The space will consist of seven dining venues, including a new Dunkin’ Donuts.
The most popular offerings from the Patuxent will move to other Union eateries this fall. Los Fuegos will serve its popular tacos, burritos and taco salads downstairs near Paws from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. World of Noodles will be available in the Susquehanna action station every other week from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Thursday. On subsequent weeks, Indian Bistro will be in the action station with the same hours.
