Get Laughing with the TU Wellness Center

Did you know that laughter helps improve blood flow, enhances your intake of oxygen, relieve pain, ease feelings of depression and anxiety produced by stress hormones, burns calories, and boosts your immune system? Research suggests that these therapeutic effects of laughter can be  derived from spontaneous and self-induced laughter.

Come experience these benefits for yourself by participating in a Laughter Yoga session at the TU Wellness Center, Friday, August 2nd at 12:00pm.
