Faculty & Staff Salary Increases

Effective July 1, 2019, a 3%  Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) will be processed for all regular status faculty and staff members, contingent II staff, and lecturers on TU Payroll as of June 30, 2019 and in paid status on July 1.

An increase of 4% to the nonexempt salary structure has been approved by USM, effective at the beginning of the first full pay period of FY2020. The structure adjustment will be effective July 3, 2019 for regular employees and July 6, 2019 for contingent employees.  Employees impacted by this change will be contacted by HR.

All those eligible can view their current salary in PeopleSoft, the Human Resources database. To view your current salary:

  • Go to the My TU home page
  • Click on PeopleSoft
  • On the Main Menu go to Self Service
  • Select Payroll and Compensation
  • View Compensation History
