Q: When do final graduation evaluations take place?
Applicants are evaluated and notified of their graduation status 2-4 weeks after the end of the semester. Check your unofficial transcript first to verify the degree & Latin Honors are posted before requesting an official transcript.
Q: What is the procedure for graduating with Latin Honors?
Latin Honors are evaluated after the commencement ceremony and will appear on the diploma by the end of June when awarded.
Q: When will I receive my diploma?
Diplomas are mailed in late July to the permanent home address listed in your Student Center. Please verify your permanent address and make any changes by May 31. Account holds (judicial/financial) will block the release of diplomas.
Q: How can I verify my diploma name?
To confirm how your name will appear on the diploma, please follow the route below:
Student Center > My Academics > View My Graduation Status. If a change is needed, submit the Change of Name Form with official documentation to the Registrar’s Office by May 31.
