Structure from Motion – Build Your Own 3D Files
Join OAI’s David Merino (Senior Multimedia Producer) and Chris Mueck (Graduate Assistant) for an overview of the creation, management and instructional use of 3D images on April 30, 2019; 1-3:30 p.m. in Cook Library Room 404B (OAI’s Active Learning Lab). In this workshop, participants will practice using photogrammetry to create 3D models of small objects using handheld mobile phones and tablets. The presenters will also discuss the process used to create 3D models of buildings and geography using sophisticated drone photography.
