Effective Performance Review Training Now Available Online
The Office of Human Resources recently offered training sessions to assist supervisors and managers with conducting effective performance reviews. A WebEx recording of one of the sessions is now available to view online at your convenience. This session is about 1 hour long, and covers goal setting, providing feedback to employees, and completing the performance review form. Captioning is available for this recording.

After clicking the link, you will need to click the green “Sign In” button for Blackboard login. Then you will be presented a login screen, where you can type in your TU login name and password. Once you are logged in, you will be able to view the video.
