Strengthening Tiger Travel for a better user experience

The Business Travel Office has been exploring ways to strengthen Tiger Travel and provide a better user experience for the TU community.  Beginning Friday April 12, 2019 an automated email reminder utility will be activated to notify individual travelers of forms remaining in the same status for a 14 day time period.

A sample of this email is listed below.

Subject: TIGER TRAVEL FORM ##### REQUIRES YOUR ATTENTION

Our records indicate your Tiger Travel form ##### has remained in the same status for an extended period of time. Please review your form and take the necessary steps for submission to the Business Travel Office.

Please direct any questions regarding this notice to the Business Travel Support Line at 4-5421, or email travel@towson.edu.

Financial Services thanks you for your assistance in this time-sensitive matter.

During the initial activation you may experience a large number of emails depending on how many forms you have outstanding.  If you receive a reminder please log into Tiger Travel, check the forms current status in the process visualizer and take the necessary action to move the form to the next step.
