HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY? AUDITION FOR THE TU COMMUNICATION STUDIES PUBLIC SPEAKING COMPETITION!
The first step to winning is to audition on Monday, April 1!
You’ll need to prepare and recite a 5-8 minute persuasive speech addressing one of themes of advocacy, identity and culture, and/or leadership. Auditions will be held at the Public Communication Center in Stephens Annex 118 from 8 a.m.—6 p.m. on Monday, April 1, 2019.
If you are chosen as a finalist, your speech will be judged by faculty and student judges—and the audience—on Tuesday, April 16, from 6:30—8 p.m. in the Center for the Arts Recital Hall. Need more incentive than the thrill of besting your competitors? Winners receive $$$ prizes!!!
