Update on staff telework pilot

The Office of Technology Services has completed a 12-month pilot program to evaluate TU’s telework policy. The results of the pilot program are as follows:

• OTS can continue to use the four-day agreements implemented during their pilot program.
• All other departments can continue to utilize the existing telework policy allowing for up to two telework days per week for eligible positions.
• As indicated in the existing policy, exceptions can be made to the two-day schedule on a case-by-case basis for eligible employees. Any exceptions must be approved by the employee’s divisional vice president and chief human resources officer.
