Tech resources, ICYMI and what’s new
- Protect yourself and TU: check the Phish Tank for examples of current scams before you click through an email. Forward scams to phishing@towson.edu, bookmark towson.edu/phishing for the Phish Tank link and cyber resources.
- NetID management services moved to the cloud, providing a modern and intuitive experience when activating or managing NetIDs.
- Webex AI Assistant is available.
- Blackboard navigation improvements went live earlier this month.
- Planning a software purchase/renewal or an upcoming technology project (or not sure if it’s a project)? See the OTS Planning & Project Management Office webpage for info.

- OTS Technology Support Desk: walk-in (Cook Library Academic Commons), chat, call 410-704-5151 or schedule an appointment.
- Online: submit a question or request support through TechHelp.
- 24/7: search the TechHelp Knowledge Base, access technology self-help resources or see resources for working remotely.
Instructional and classroom items
- Report classroom tech problems! Call the 4TECH hotline (410-704-8324) or submit a TechHelp service request to let us know – even if you think someone else has already reported it. Use the hotline or contact Classroom and Computer Lab Technology (CCLT) to learn how to use classroom a/v technology.
