Mutual Mentoring Staff Pilot Program

The Office of Human Resources is pleased to introduce the Mutual Mentoring for Staff Pilot Program. This new initiative helps TU staff grow, connect, and succeed. The program brings together staff from different departments and career stages, offering support to new employees, supervisors, and experienced professionals who want guidance and development.

  • Mentor registration will be open by email from February 3 to 10.
  • Mentee registration will be open by email from February 10 to February 17
  • The pilot program will take place from February 24 to July 31.
  • Mentors and mentees should plan to meet at least five times during the program.
