Spring 2026 parking permit sales
Online parking permit sales for the spring 2026 semester start at 9 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 17. All permits must be purchased through eParking. Permits will remain available for purchase throughout the academic year.
Spring 2026 permits can be used on campus starting Jan. 19.
You will receive a confirmation email the next business day after you buy your permit. Please read it carefully, as it includes important information about where your permit is valid and other details specific to your permit type.
STUDENTS:
- Commuter students with fewer than 30 earned credits may purchase only an Overflow permit.
- Commuters with 30 or more credits are eligible to buy a Core permit, which allows parking on the main campus.
- Resident students with fewer than 30 credits cannot buy a parking permit or have a vehicle on campus unless they have an approved Freshmen Exception Request. Exception requests for Spring 2026 are accepted through April 3, 2026. Freshman Residents may purchase only Stadium Overflow permits, which allow parking only in Stadium Overflow spaces.
- Resident students with more than 30 credits may buy a Resident Permit. Please remember that residents may park only in their assigned residential area during peak times.
- The last day to use the Student University Billing Payment Option for this academic year is February 6, 2026.
FACULTY/STAFF:
- New faculty/staff may purchase permits through eParking.
- If you would like to enroll in payroll deduction and are eligible as a regular non-contingent employee, purchase your permit online on the eParking portal and select “Payroll Deduction” upon checkout. Selecting this payment option authorizes parking deductions from your bi-weekly pay. Permits for payroll deduction users will automatically be renewed each year unless the permit holder submits a request to stop payroll deductions.
- The last day to enroll in payroll deduction for this academic year is April 3, 2026.
- The final day for the installment payment plan is February 6, 2026.
- For additional information, please visit the Parking & Transportation Services website, contact the office at 410-704-PARK (option #1), use parking chat, or email upark@towson.edu.
