Virtual workshop: mental health first aid
Mental Health First Aid is a course that teaches you how to identify and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders.
This virtual training gives you the skills you need to provide initial help and support to someone who may be developing a mental health problem or experiencing a crisis.
This course is open to all TU faculty, staff and students at no cost.
The training is scheduled for, Thursday, January 22 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Register at recreation.towson.edu by clicking on the “mental health first aid” icon.
