Mentoring program for staff

The Office of Human Resources is pleased to introduce the MuTUal Mentoring for Staff Pilot Program. This new initiative helps TU staff grow, connect, and succeed. The program brings together staff from different departments and career stages, offering support to new employees, supervisors, and experienced professionals who want guidance and development. By joining, you can have meaningful conversations, build your network, and help strengthen the TU community.

Why Become a Mentor?

When you share your experience and advice, you help others find their way at TU and also build your own leadership and communication skills. As a mentor, you support TU’s goal of a collaborative and welcoming campus and build relationships that help everyone grow.

Why Participate as a Mentee?

The program aims to help staff grow in their careers and develop skills, support onboarding and transitions for new employees and supervisors, and build stronger connections across campus, which all participants benefit from.
