Reminder: holiday break extended
President Ginsberg has declared December 22, 2025, and December 23, 2025, administrative leave days. These days will apply to all individuals regularly scheduled to work on December 22 and 23. Regular Staff (exempt & non-exempt), Contingent II Staff, 12- and 10-month Faculty, and Contingent I employees should record the following leave codes when completing their timesheet:
ADMU leave code – Regular Faculty & Staff, Librarians
ADMCE leave code – Contingent II Exempt Staff
ADMCU leave code – Contingent II Non-Exempt Staff
Contingent I Staff – Record regular worked hours and notate Administrative Leave in the comment section

- Additional timesheet guidance during winter break can be found here
- Student Employees scheduled to work on December 22 or 23 should leave the day blank.
- Employees with pre-scheduled leave on this day should change it to Administrative Leave.
- Employees scheduled to work in 24/7 operations should report to campus.
- Emergency Essential employees required to physically report to campus on December 22 or 23, who will be able to record administrative leave on a future date, must do so by January 31, 2026.
- All timesheets are due early. Regular timesheets for PPE 12/23/2025 and Contingent timesheets for PPE 12/26/2025 must be submitted by 10:00 AM on 12/19/2025.
