IT Services downtime Saturday: NetID & Duo Management

The Office of Technology Services (OTS) is performing system maintenance on Saturday, Nov. 15 from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. NetID management services are being moved to the cloud. These services will be offline and unavailable during the maintenance window: 

• All NetID management services, including password changes. You’ll still be able to log into TU services with your NetID credentials. 
• Most Duo management services. You’ll still be able to manage Duo devices. 

If you have an urgent NetID or password need during the maintenance window or if you need a Duo passcode, submit a TechHelp service request or contact the OTS Technology Support Desk at 410-704-5151. 

When maintenance is complete, posts will be made to TechStatus. If you have questions about the outage, please contact the OTS Technology Support Desk. As a reminder, the Office of Technology Services’ typical maintenance windows are Fridays from 6 p.m. until midnight and Sundays from 6 a.m. until noon. Please keep this timing in mind when planning events, assignments and deadlines.
