Traffic impacts this week for Glen Drive, Newell Avenue & East HP Road

Several temporary road closures and detours will be in effect on the east side of campus this week to support construction and improvements:

• East Health Professions road: The roadway will be closed from the evening of Thursday, Nov. 6 through the afternoon of Friday, Nov. 7 while a crane performs maintenance on the Health Professions building.
• Glen Drive: The eastern portion of Glen Drive between York Road and the Science Complex will be closed from Friday, Nov. 7 to Sunday, Nov. 9 while the building’s temporary chillers are removed.
• Newell Avenue: Newell Avenue will have two-way traffic on Friday, Nov. 7 to support Smith Hall construction while the Science Complex chillers are removed.

Please plan ahead and allow extra time for traveling around campus during the detours. For more information on campus construction, visit the Construction website.
