Leveraging Career Communities for Student Success

Join us for an engaging lunch & learn session designed specifically for faculty interested in enhancing student career readiness through curricular integration. This workshop will introduce the concept of career communities, collaborative networks that connect academic disciplines with industry pathways, and explore how faculty can leverage these communities to support student success.
Whether you’re new to career development or already incorporating it into your teaching, this session will provide practical tools, funding opportunities, and collaborative ideas to enrich your students’ academic and professional journeys. Lunch will be provided- please register by 10/31/2025.
AI-Powered Course Design

Explore how AI can streamline and enhance your course design process. In this session, we’ll highlight AI-driven tools for creating visuals, summarizing readings, drafting assignment instructions, and improving accessibility. We will also review Blackboard’s AI Design Assistant and demonstrate tools that help faculty rapidly generate course modules and assessments.
Participants will leave with practical strategies and resources to save time, boost creativity, and design engaging learning experiences.
