Towson University is taking critical steps to address climate change and build a more sustainable future by developing a Sustainability and Climate Action Plan (SCAP). You can help shape TU’s environmental future by attending the SCAP Town Hall on Tuesday, October 28, from 5-7 p.m.

The SCAP, a subplan for the wider Campus Master Plan, will chart a path toward:

  • Reducing greenhouse gas emissions
  • Preparing for climate impacts such as flooding and extreme heat
  • Strengthening campus sustainability and resilience
