New IT services status page launches next week
Checking the status of your essential tech services is about to get easier! When the new TechStatus page launches on Oct. 16, it replaces OTS Alerts for campus IT alerts and system statuses, offering a modern and easy-to-read view of the university’s technology services.
What’s new
- Modern design: an intuitive interface makes it easy to get the IT info you need.
- Easy-to-read statuses: experiencing an issue? Check the page to quickly see current and historical system statuses.
- Personalized views: view all services, or filter by the systems you care about most, so you only see the information relevant to you.
- Intuitive name and url once live: TechStatus at techstatus.towson.edu.
Once the TechStatus page is live, you can subscribe to get status updates delivered to your inbox. If you already subscribe to OTS Alerts (alerts.towson.edu), you’ll be migrated to TechStatus.
