Students without a meal plan can apply to become a secret shopper
Auxiliary Services is looking for students who are interested in joining a pilot program for secret shoppers on campus. The pilot group will run from mid-October to mid-December and will complete secret shop trips in TU’s on-campus dining facilities. Secret shoppers will document their trips using Touchwork software provided by Auxiliary Services. After completing a secret shop trip and submitting feedback students will be compensated $15 Dining Dollars per feedback submission up to five submissions.
Duties Include:
- Visit various on-campus dining locations over the course of the semester
- Order at least one menu item during your visit
- Take a clear, appealing photo of your meal
- Complete a short online survey reviewing your experience (taste, quality, presentation, service, etc.)
Time Commitment:
- Approximately 1 hour per trip
- Flexible schedule — you choose when to dine
Eligibility
- Current students who do not have a meal plan
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and honest reviewers
Students can apply here to be a secret shopper. Students who have been selected will be contacted by the end of the week.
