The Office of Technology Services (OTS) is migrating off-campus phone circuits to a new platform on Friday, Sept. 12, from 6-10 p.m. This service will be offline and unavailable during the maintenance/migration window:

  • Inbound and outbound calls. All campus phone numbers will be unavailable to make or receive off-campus calls. Five-digit extension calling (4-XXXX) within campus will be unaffected. If you are off-campus and need to reach the TUPD during the maintenance window, call 410-830-2134.

When maintenance is complete, posts will be made to OTS Alerts. If you have questions about the outage, please contact the OTS Technology Support Desk at 410-704-5151.

As a reminder, the Office of Technology Services’ typical maintenance windows are Fridays from 6 p.m. until midnight and Sundays from 6 a.m. until noon. Please keep this timing in mind when planning events, assignments and deadlines.
