Join this year’s Constitution Day Talk titled Our Dual Constitutions: How Federal and State Charters Define American Liberties.

Event details: Wednesday, September 17, 5 – 7:30 p.m. in Liberal Arts 4310. Student activities and a reception start at 7 p.m. 

Guest speakers: Dr. Emily Zackin, Professor of Political Science at Johns Hopkins University, and Honorable Dan Friedman, Judge, Appellate Court of Maryland.

Special video message from Honorable Sarah Elfreth (’10), Congresswomen for Maryland’s Third District.

All are welcome.

Accessibility notes: Located center of campus, includes spoken instruction, expected small crowd (200 or less), indoor, seating is theater style, includes food, includes beverages
