Lot Closures & Restrictions

Non-Game Days: Lot 5 will be closed for TU Marching Band exercises on non-game days throughout the Fall 2025 term.

Game Days: Stadium area lots (4, 5, 6, 7, and 8) will close six hours before game time. Lot 8 interior will close the evening before each game.

Special Homecoming Rules (October 19, 2025)

• All lots close in the evening
• Lots re-open four hours before game time for fan parking

Important: Unauthorized vehicles remaining in closed areas are subject to citations and towing at the owner’s expense.

Permit Parking

Game day parking permits are required for Lots 6, 7, and 8.

General Parking (No Permit Required)

Available four hours before game time in:

• Lots 4 and 5
• All core campus garages
• Non-residential lots

Parking is first-come, first-served. Once general parking Lots 4 & 5 near the stadium fill up, general parkers will be redirected to the Union Garage.

Tailgating Guidelines

Permitted areas only: Tailgating is allowed in designated areas and must follow established tailgating policies.

No garage tailgating: Tailgating is strictly prohibited in all garages.

Tent Restrictions

• No tents allowed in Lot 5 (due to safety concerns)
• Tents permitted in other areas per tailgating policies
• Must be secured with a weighting system (no stakes)
• Cannot be placed in parking spaces or block traffic flow in drive lanes

Transportation Services

Paratransit: Special paratransit service for individuals with mobility needs will be available from 4 hours prior to game time through 1 hour after the game ends.

Shuttle Service

• No other game day shuttles will be provided
• Gold route shuttles operate on regular schedules
• No Gold route service to Lot 5 shuttle stop from 4 hours before through 1 hour after games
• Stadium area service is available only from the Towson Center/Lot 8 bus slip
