e-Scooter & e-Bike guidelines
TU’s e-scooter and e-bike policy went into effect this August. The policy enforces guidelines on how to safely store, charge and use e-scooters, e-bikes, hoverboards, one-wheels, e-skateboards and all other motorized personal transportation on TU’s campus.
What you need to know
- e-scooters and e-bikes must be kept outside at all times
- store in campus racks
- ride safe: low speed, stay on the right, yield to pedestrians
- avoid carrying passengers or wearing headphones while operating
Policy enforcement will begin in fall 2025. Learn more about rack locations and other guidelines for using e-scooters and e-bikes at TU.
