2025–2026 Parking Rate Changes and Permit Options

Parking & Transportation Services is making changes to parking rates and permit options for the 2025–2026 academic year. These updates have been made following a thorough review of campus-wide parking trends. They are designed to provide more equitable options for commuter students while aligning visitor rates with industry standards.

A small number of students, short-term guests, and other visitors may see increases in permit rates or changes in availability.

All changes will take effect with the Fall 2025 permit sales, beginning at 9 a.m. on Monday, August 11, 2025.

 Student Parking

  • Resident permit eligibility (based on housing status and earned credits) will remain unchanged.
  • Commuter permit eligibility will still be based on the number of earned credits.
  • There are no changes to permit rates or availability for:
  • CORE areas
  • Overflow lots
  • Resident student permits

Residents who use campus parking more frequently will continue to pay higher rates than commuters.
