Downtime Info for OTS’ Maintenance Window: Friday hours
The Office of Technology Services (OTS) is upgrading campus Internet routers on Friday, July 18, from 6 – 10 p.m. There might be a few short intermittent Internet connection outages during the maintenance window.
An OTS alert will be posted at the start and the completion of the maintenance work. If you have questions about the outage, please contact the OTS Technology Support Desk at 410-704-5151.
As a reminder, the Office of Technology Services’ typical maintenance windows are Fridays from 6 p.m. until midnight and Sundays from 6 a.m. until noon. Please keep this timing in mind when planning events, assignments and deadlines.
