FY 2026 Staff COLA Increase

Regular and contingent II staff employees active on July 1, 2025, can now see a 1% COLA increase in their PeopleSoft Self Service. Regular faculty and lecturers will receive their COLA increase effective the beginning of their academic year contract. 

All regular and contingent II staff can view their updated salary in PeopleSoft, the Human Resources database.

To view your current salary:

·         Go to the My TU home page

·         Click on PeopleSoft HCM (icon with 3 stick figures)

·         Click on Peoplesoft Desktop Menu

·         In the top Left Corner, click on the Main Menu go to Self Service

·         Select Payroll and Compensation

·         View Compensation History
