Zoom AI Companion is now available

Students, faculty and staff now have a suite of artificial intelligence (AI)-powered features within their TU Zoom accounts.  

Why it matters
The AI features in the Zoom platform can help you stay focused, save time and increase collaboration by automating tasks during meetings and webinars.   

What you need to know
These optional tools must be enabled by the meeting host, and attendees will be notified when AI is in use. Here are the features currently available at TU: 

• Meeting Summary: Automatically generates a summary of your Zoom meeting with action items and highlights. Learn more in Zoom’s help article. 
• Smart Recording: Enhances cloud recordings with automatic chapters, highlights and smart summaries. Learn more in Zoom’s help article. 
• Chat Compose: Suggests context-aware responses in Zoom Team Chat. Learn more in Zoom’s help article.
