Last Call: Payroll Deduction Parking Option for Regular Employees 2024/2025
Need to buy a parking permit using payroll deduction as your payment method? Time is running out! The last day to enroll in Payroll Deduction is Friday, April 4, 2025. This option is available only to all regular non-contingent employees.
Payment Instructions:
• Purchase your parking permit through eParking.
• Select “Payroll Deduction” as the payment method.
After the Payroll Deduction option deadline, the following payment options will continue to be available throughout the year:
• Credit Card: (Visa, MasterCard, Discover)
• In-Person Payment (Cash, Check or Money Order): Must be paid in person during office hours, through the Auxiliary Service Business Office located in the West Village Commons, Suite 309, within five business days of purchase.
Those enrolled in Payroll Deduction do not need to re-enroll now or in the fall. Those using payroll deduction as of April 4, 2025, will automatically have their permits renewed for the upcoming fall using payroll deduction.
