Leave Donation Bank Withdrawal Requests Now Available
The Office of Human Resources is now taking requests to withdraw hours from TU’s leave donation bank. You must have at least 180 days of USM or state service to request donated sick leave.
What you should know:
- You may request up to 80 hours of leave per instance but no more than 160 hours per calendar year.
- Leave may only be requested for your serious health condition or an immediate family member’s serious health condition, as defined by the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
- You must provide sufficient medical certification to confirm the seriousness of the health condition.
