Free Mental Health First Aid Training

Mental Health First Aid provides the knowledge and skills necessary to recognize and respond to signs of mental health issues and substance use disorders. This training equips you to offer initial support to individuals who may be developing a mental health concern or experiencing a crisis.

  • Wednesday, April 2nd, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Burdick Hall 153C -In person
  • Open to all TU faculty, staff, and students at no cost
  • Two hours of self-paced pre-work is required prior to the instructor-led session
