Registration Open – Manager to Leader Workshop
The Office of Human Resources, in partnership with the Dr. Nancy Grasmick Leadership Institute, will host a two-day workshop for TU supervisors on March 18 and 19.
This experience is intended to help managers refine and enhance their leadership skills to become even more influential and impactful in their organizations. Participants will engage in self-exploration, practice intentional influencing, and harness hands-on strategies to foster employee engagement.
