Student Research in the Summer: TIGURS program
Students who are completing their freshman year or are transferring to Towson in the fall are invited to apply for the Towson Inquiry Grants for Undergraduate Research in the Summer (TIGURS) program that will provide research opportunities, along with housing, meals, and a $1,500 research stipend, during a five-week period this summer. The program will run from June 16 to July 18, 2025.
Information sessions will be held February 18 at 6pm and Feb 26 at 5 pm in room 165 in the Undergraduate Research Center at 10 West.
The online application form is due March 7th. Applicants are encouraged to choose projects submitted by TU faculty across all colleges (see the form for a list of projects). For more information or questions please email ourci@towson.edu or see the TIGURS website.
