Postal Services Valentines Day Peak Hours
Towson University Postal Services is ready for the upcoming season of love, but are you? This is one of the peak times of the year for mail, so here are a couple of reminders to help you prepare.
Postal Services will be open Thursday, February 13th, and Friday, February 14th, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Here are some critical Postal Services tips, including rules for perishable items for Valentine’s Day mail for Postal Services
- Please ensure that mail and packages are mailed to 8000 York Road, Towson, MD 21252, instead of your campus residence building. Any personal mail and/or packages sent to your campus residence building will be refused and returned to the sender.
- When placing your orders to Towson University, include the recipient’s phone number, email, and order number.
- Space is limited for perishable items in the postal service office. Upon receiving a call or email from the office stating that your item is available for pick-up, please ensure pick-up packages are made as soon as possible. Please note that the postal services team will follow any expiration dates provided by the sender.
- Check your junk email folder and voicemail message from Towson University Postal Services for any mail pick-up information.
If you have further questions about the Valentine’s Day Mail Rush, please contact the office at postoffice@towson.edu, 410-704-2260, or use the chat feature.
