Essential Practices for TU Supervisors Pilot Program – Spring 2025
Supervision is ever-evolving in higher education, and our newly hired supervisors play a vital role in our continued success and growth. TU’s Essential Practices for Supervisors program is designed to serve as a professional networking and development outlet for new Towson University staff supervisors.

*Sessions scheduled 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
To earn the Essential Practices for Effective Supervision certificate, participants must complete the following during the cohort:
- Attend all six sessions
- CliftonStrengths Assessment
- 3 assignments, one presentation
- Feedback evaluations for program effectiveness
