Spring 2025 Parking and Transportation Changes
To support the campus priorities, TU Parking & Transportation will begin employing dedicated enforcement officers to monitor designated reserved spaces (Numbered spaces, Resident Life, department guests, etc.), accessibility spaces, and safety violations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The Office of Public Safety will handle enforcement daily and can tow vehicles at the owner’s expense. Any disputes regarding violations during these after-hours timeframes should be directed to the Office of Public Safety, non-emergency phone number 410-704-2134.
Parking Allocation Changes for Union Garage
Union Garage parking allocations are undergoing significant modifications. As a result, additional parking spaces will be available for Faculty and staff at the end of the row on level 2 on the Cross-campus side of the garage. The distribution of these spaces has been carefully considered to maximize the convenience and accessibility of parking for all campus community members.
CORE student parking in Union Garage will still be available on levels three and up.
Please review the posted signage before parking. Using ParkMobile, visitors may purchase a visitor permit to park in the Union Garage.
Discontinued Shuttle Routes
- CORE/Arena Route
Please use the Gold Route as an alternative to the discontinued CORE/Arena option.
More shuttle information will be posted on TUTigerride.com. You can also download the TURide app to receive regular and timely shuttle updates, visit the Parking & Transportation Services website , contact the office at 410-704-7433, or email uride@towson.edu.
Thank you for your patience during this transition!
