January 2025 Free Shuttle Sign Up For State ID Pick Up
Welcome Back, TU! Parking & Transportation Services is offering a free shuttle for faculty/staff to pick up their MTA Free Pass/State ID from the SCPS State Office located in Baltimore City. There will also be a scheduled shuttle to return to TU’s campus. Rides are available to eligible TU faculty and staff on a first-come, first-served basis who have completed the State Employees ID application. It takes roughly 3-4 business days from when faculty/staff apply for their ID for it to be ready for pick-up.
Reserve your spot on the MTA Free Pass Shuttle early. Reservations are required. PLEASE NOTE: Scheduled trips are subject to cancellation if no advanced bookings are made. If you did not make a reservation, you are encouraged to call ahead to ensure the scheduled trip has not been canceled. Once confirmed, please set a calendar reminder to ensure you don’t miss your reservation!
Departure dates and times:
- Friday, January 10 at 9:30 am and 11:30 AM (1 shuttle, pick-up time from Union Garage ground level loop)
- Monday, January 13 at 9:30 AM and 11:30 AM (1 shuttle, pick-up time from Union Garage ground level loop)
- Wednesday, January 15, at 9:30 am and 11:30 AM (1 shuttle, pick-up time from Union Garage ground level loop)
- Friday, January 17 at 9:30 am and 11:30 AM (1 shuttle, pick-up time from Union Garage ground level loop)
Return dates and times:
- Friday, January 10 at 11:00 am and 1:00 PM (1 shuttle, pick-up time from SCPS State Office)
- Monday, January 13 at 11:00 am and 1:30 PM (1 shuttle, pick-up time from SCPS State Office)
- Wednesday, January 15 at 11:00 am and 1:30 PM (1 shuttle, pick-up time from SCPS State Office)
- Friday, January 17 at 11:00 am and 1:00 PM (1 shuttle, pick-up time from SCPS State Office)
Shuttles depart from the ground-level loop of the Union Garage. The return shuttle departs from the SCPS State Office at 201 W. Preston Street, Baltimore, MD 21201. A valid TU ID is necessary to board the shuttle. When scheduling your departure and/or return shuttle, please give yourself ample time for traffic or any applicable security checks (where applicable).
Unanticipated traffic, construction, or accidents might affect arrival times.
