Reminder: Parking Permits Required for On-Campus Parking
Our Parking and Transportation Team would like to wish all Faculty, Staff, and Students a Happy Holiday!
This is a friendly reminder that parking permits are required for everyone who parks on campus. To avoid potential fines or towing, please ensure your vehicle always displays a valid parking permit while on university grounds.
Important Details:
- Freshmen students cannot have vehicles on campus at any time UNLESS approved for an exception.
- Visitor spaces are specifically reserved for visitors and department guests.
- Vehicles may only park in “Move-Out” spaces for up to 30 minutes during Move-Out ONLY.
- Only vehicles with a state-issued accessible license plate/placard and a valid TU parking permit are allowed to park in accessible spaces.
- Millennium Hall parking spaces are restricted to Millennium Hall permit holders.
- No vehicles are permitted to park in marked/designated fire lanes, in a roadway, on sidewalks, or grass, even for a few minutes. Violators will be issued citations and may be towed at the owner’s expense.
- No vehicles are permitted to park in RESERVED spaces (i.e. visitor parking, parking designated for the University Provost, University President, or otherwise), even for a few minutes. Violators will be issued citations and may be towed at the owner’s expense.
Thank you for helping us ensure safe and efficient parking for everyone on campus!
