Parking For Fall Move-Out 2024

Tigers, the fall term is almost over. Fall Move-Out is around the corner!

Here’s everything you need to know about parking:

  • As students move out for the winter break, there will be increased pedestrian traffic near and around the residence halls. Be courteous and watch out for pedestrians!
  • Designated “Move-Out” spaces are located near each residence hall. You may park in these spaces for up to 30 minutes. A permit is not required while parked in one, as it is used for moving out.
  • Once your vehicle is loaded, it must be moved to a legal parking space according to your regular permit type.  Cars cannot park in fire lanes, roadways, sidewalks, grass, bus stops, or otherwise reserved spaces (even for a few minutes).
  • Only vehicles with a state-issued accessible license plate/placard and a valid TU parking permit are allowed to park in accessible spaces.
