Faculty/staff headshots – sign up now

The next faculty and staff headshot day is Wednesday Nov. 20 in Admin 2131. Sign up for a time here. Faculty/staff official headshots are taken for the TU website and for university publications. Appointments are required.

Attire, Parking & Arrival

Please dress professionally in business attire. Arrive at the photo studio (Administration Building room 2131) on time. You should add your photo time to your calendar since we may not be able to accommodate late arrivals. Park in your usual parking zone. Visit the campus map for assistance locating the building or parking.

Receiving Your Photo

We will provide you with a single headshot for use on the website and in TU publications. Allow up to two weeks for us to edit, crop and retouch your photo. After two weeks, your photo will be uploaded to Omni-CMS for use on the TU website. Inform your department’s web editor that your new headshot will be available then. To download your headshot, log in to Photoshelter with your Net ID and password, then search for your name and download whichever crop best fits your needs. We do not send headshots via email.

Scheduling

Headshot days are available on a monthly basis and are publicized via TU Today. If there are no time slots available when you visit our registration page, please try again next month. Faculty and staff should have headshots taken no more than once each academic year in order to keep spaces available for new hires and others in need of updated images.

Student Headshots

TU’s Career Center offers students free headshots via their LinkedIn Photobooth. Photographic Services typically only takes student headshots for use on the TU website. Please email Alex Wright to determine if you are eligible.

Cancellations

If you cannot make your appointment, please cancel so someone else may sign up in your place. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, email Alex Wright. Otherwise submit your cancellation through the booking system.

For questions about headshots, contact Alexander Wright at awright@towson.edu.
