Election Day parking & transportation information
TU hosts an on-campus polling location for the 2024 general election at the South Campus Pavilion. Early voting has been underway and the site has been busy with voters for the last two weeks.
We are reaching out today to notify our community that we anticipate an increase in traffic — both vehicular and pedestrian — in the area of South Campus Pavilion (TU map location) on Monday and Tuesday.
While TU remains open on Election Day, we will suspend permit-related parking enforcement specifically around the South Campus Pavilion area, most notably in Lot 8, to better accommodate election-related traffic. Enforcement will continue for Safety, Disability, and Restricted Parking areas to maintain access for those spaces.
