Asian Women in Leadership: Thriving Unapologetically Beyond Cultural Borders
Join Nadea Armogan, Coordinator for Bias Education and Advocacy, in a discussion on being unapologetically yourself at Women in Leadership on Sat. November, 2!
Cultural expectations can sometimes put added pressure on women who are already managing multiple responsibilities and seeking to develop their own sense of identity. Finding balance between the two can easily allow us to forego prioritizing our own needs and self-care. This workshop will have an honest conversation and an opportunity to reflect on how to accomplish it all by putting yourself first.

She also volunteers at local schools to provide parent enrichment and coaching on classroom behavior management. For fun, Nadea enjoys hot yoga, cooking, motherhood and all things Harry Potter!
The theme Permission to Pause recognizes the many reasons why women need to take a moment, step back, pause and reflect. Embedded in this is the idea that women often need to give ourselves permission to be or do something.
This program will leave you feeling connected, uplifted, and confident in your leadership as you take a moment to pause and learn with us!
Schedule for the day includes: Networking, keynote speaker, presentations, A Capella performance, lunch & panel, mocktails, headshots, community art, and post-event gallery walk!
