Unwind and reconnect with your body at Slow Flow Pride Yoga in unity and support for LGBTQIA+ mental, physical, and emotional wellness!

The Center for Student Diversity is partnering with Campus Rec during Queer Wellness Week to host Slow Flow Pride Yoga, an uplifting, regulating, and relaxing yoga class for students, faculty, and staff in support for the LGBTQIA+ community. Slow Flow Pride Yoga also aims to promote well-being for the LGBTQIA+ community by inviting members of the community into the space to reconnect with their bodies.

When: October 9, 2024, 7PM – 8PM

Where: Burdick Hall Mind Body Studio
