Apply to be a Poll Worker (paid position)

Apply here to become a nonpartisan poll worker (election judge).

Poll workers assist state and local governments in the administration of elections. This is a paid position.

These Maryland jurisdictions have shared that they still have a very large need for poll workers on Election Day:

• Anne Arundel County
• Baltimore City (special need for Spanish speakers)
• Baltimore County (special need for Republican poll workers for parity)

Any person registered to vote in the state can serve as a poll worker in any jurisdiction
