TU Facilities Management Project Request Portal Closes September 30!
The Facilities Management Project Request Portal is closing soon! We accept project requests from August 1 through September 30, 2024. TU leadership reviews and assesses each project request submitted during the open portal period to prioritize requests and efficiently assign resources. A budget code is required to submit a Project Request.
What you need to know:
- A budget code is needed to submit a Project Request.
- Projects not approved in the previous portal must be resubmitted.
- For requests involving furniture, cubicle reconfiguration, shades, or window film, submit an FFE Request.
- For typical maintenance requests (painting, minor repairs), submit a Work Order.
Review Process:
- A Dean or VP must sign off on initial project requests, but the signature does not guarantee approval.
- The TU Space Committee will review all requests, considering funding, resources, and strategic priorities.
- Requestors will be notified if their project advances to the Project Plan/Scope Development phase or requires resubmission.
- As each project is evaluated, Facilities Management may need to request additional information to better assess the project’s needs.
- The Project Delivery Guide and Quick Reference Guide are available resources to provide users with more detailed information about the project request and delivery process.
