Welcome back to TU! We look forward to another great year with our TU community of students, faculty, and staff back on campus. Our Parking Services team wants you to be prepared for a new school year! Here are a few things you should know about parking on campus for the fall 2024 academic term.  

 Important Dates & Information  

  • Permit Sales for the 2024/2025 academic year and Fall semester will begin on Monday, August 12, 2024, at 9 am and permits will be accepted on this date. All permits must be purchased on the TU Parking Portal using your TU NetID credentials.  
  • Effective Monday, August 12, 2024, regular enforcement will begin on the campus. 

 In-Person Payment Options 

  • You have until September 1, 2024, or 5 business days after registration to pay for your permit if the in-person payment option is selected. If the permit is not paid for, it will no longer be valid for parking.  
  • Individuals who choose this option MUST pay in person with cash, check, or credit card at the Auxiliary Service Business Office, Suite 309, in the West Village Commons. 

 Student Billing Account  

  • As an additional payment option students can transfer their parking permit fee to their student account if they select “Billing Account Student Permit,” between August 12, 2024, and February 7, 2025.  

Vehicle Registrations  

  • Students may only register up to two vehicles online through their eParking Portal account. Requests to add additional cars may be made through the Vehicle Request Form.    
  • During peak period (August 19, 2024 – September 6, 2024) requests to add additional vehicles may take up to 5 business days. Outside of peak periods, these requests may only take up to 3 days. Please purchase a visitor parking permit if you need to park on campus before you are approved.  

Faculty/Staff Important Dates  

  • Rollover sales for those enrolled in payroll deduction for 2023/2024 will be processed between July 29, 2024, and August 9, 2024.  
  • For employees who previously did not use the payroll deduction option for permit purchase, open enrollment is between August 12, 2024, and April 4, 2025.  
  • Installment Payment Plans for Regular and Contingent Employees will be available between August 12, 2024, and February 7, 2025.
