Improved technology support is here: one team, stronger service and a new name

The Office of Technology Services (OTS) faculty/staff and student support centers are a stronger, knowledgeable unit, providing the campus with an efficient service experience. Our two support teams (faculty/staff Help Center and Student Computing Services) are now called the Technology Support Desk. 

  • One Team, One Contact: We’ve merged our faculty/staff and student support teams into a single, knowledgeable unit called the Technology Support Desk. 
  • Seamless Support: You’ll still contact us at 410-704-5151, through TechHelp, at the Tech Services Desk in Cook Library’s Academic Commons, by chat (on our webpage) or you can make an appointment. See all options on our new webpage: towson.edu/techsupport
  • Enhanced Expertise: Our combined team brings a wider range of knowledge and experience to better serve your needs, regardless of campus role. Anyone in the Technology Support Desk team can help!

As part of this improvement, some web pages in OTS’ section of the university website have been restructured. If you have questions about finding info, use the search feature on towson.edu, contact us by phone at 410-704-5151 or submit a TechHelp service request.
